Please note that withdrawals made within 14 days of receiving the shipment will be processed in the same form of payment as the original payment method or, upon request, in the form of a Gift Card. If withdrawals occur after 14 days of receiving the shipment, but no later than 30 days, refunds will be processed exclusively to the Gift Card, which is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
