How to make installment purchases at equishop?
Add the products you're interested in to your cart and then proceed to checkout. If you'd like to estimate your installment amounts, click the "Calculate eInstallments" button.
The button is located at the bottom of the screen in the order summary or on the specific product page. In the newly opened window, you'll be able to simulate the impact of loan parameters on the final installment amount and the total cost of the loan. Once you've decided to purchase using the installment system, you can proceed through the order process in the Equishop store, selecting your delivery address and payment method. In the final step of placing your order (selecting payment), the Santander Bank installment system will be visible in the list of available methods.
After selecting this payment method and finalizing your order, you will be redirected to the bank's website, where you can begin completing the loan application. The wizard is structured in a clear and simple manner, so the entire process, from initiation to receiving a loan decision, should take no more than a few minutes.
Step 1 – How to conclude a contract
In the first step, you will be asked to select the form in which you would like to receive your loan documentation. The fastest way to submit the documentation necessary to obtain a loan is electronically. To do this, select the "Transfer" option. To obtain a loan, select the "Transfer" option. All documentation will be sent to you electronically. After accepting the terms and conditions, you will be asked to transfer PLN 1 from your bank account to verify your identity.
You can also choose to have your documents delivered by courier. In this case, all documents will be delivered to you by courier and then, after approval, returned to the bank. Once the bank receives all the documents and approves your application, we will be informed whether the goods can be released or your order can be processed. Once you have chosen one of the above identity verification methods, you can proceed to the next step.
Step 2 – select the number of installments
In this step, you'll see a summary of your shopping cart and can set your loan parameters. You can choose from 10 interest-free installments. This option eliminates any costs associated with loan processing and obtaining the loan. By selecting the "3 x 0% for 10 installments" option, you won't incur any fees, interest, or down payment. The effective annual percentage rate (APR) in this case is 0.00%. You repay exactly the order value, including shipping costs. For example, if you purchase PLN 7,200 and finance it using "3 x 0% for 10 installments," you'll have to pay 10 monthly installments of PLN 720 each, with no hidden costs. The APR for this option is 0%. You can also choose the "INTERNET INSTALLMENTS" option, where you can choose the loan term. In this option, loan costs will be added to the loan amount, and their amount will be included in the proportion of the final monthly installment. Step 3 – Required data
At this stage, you will be asked to provide personal information needed to verify your loan application. Please ensure you complete all fields on this page. After submitting your loan application, the bank will contact Equishop to verify your order, which may affect the time it takes to receive the final loan decision. Immediately after the bank completes the verification process, you will receive information regarding the bank's decision to grant or deny your loan, and we will be able to process your order.

How to make an installment purchase in the online store www.equishop.com?
Add the products you're interested in to your cart. Remember that the minimum amount for an installment application to be considered is PLN 300 including VAT. Go through all the steps in the cart, selecting Przelewy24 as your payment method in the fifth and final step.
In the next step, you'll need to commit to the purchase. After clicking the "I order with obligation to pay" button, you'll be redirected to the payment method selection page.
You can choose from two installment payment options, offered by Alior Bank and mBank. Choose your preferred option.
After selecting one of the options, you will be redirected to the bank's website where you will complete an application for an installment loan.
How long does it take to process an installment order?
Once the application is successfully processed by the selected bank, the payment is immediately confirmed in our store and the order processing begins. Order processing time depends on the availability of the selected item in our warehouse.
What if the bank refuses to grant a loan?
If the bank refuses to grant a loan, the decision on further processing or cancellation of the order is left to the customer.
What products can be purchased with a loan?
All products offered by Equishop (excluding gift vouchers). Cart value must be equal to or greater than PLN 100.
