Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase, in your cart and also in the order summary email.
All orders placed before 12:30 pm are dispatched the same day.
For others they will be shipped the next working day.
Ex: I order a product in France on Tuesday at 4 pm, it will be shipped on Wednesday with delivery in 1 to 2 working days (thus Thursday or Friday).
The delivery cost is automatically calculated after entering the address in the shopping cart or during checkout.
We deliver everywhere in Europe and in a large part of the world. In the EU, delivery costs are:
- €8 for small leather goods
- 12€ for bags and trainers.
For the rest of the world, the delivery costs are:
- €10 for the 'small leather goods' collection and
- €15 for the 'bags' and 'sneakers' collection. Delivery between 2 to 5 days.
Yes, we now offer the purchase of gift cards on the site or at the Studio. We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase. The Léo et Violette gift card is valid on the site and in stores in Paris.
The gift card can be used on the site or in store. You have received by email the confirmation of your order with access to a discount code and a QR code.
Two possibilities:
- You wish to place an order on the site: create your basket and at the time of payment, enter the title of the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' section. The amount available on the card will be automatically deducted from the total.
- You wish to use the gift card in store: when you visit the Studio in Paris, present the QR code received by email at checkout. You will then have, depending on the price differential, a credit on your gift card or a balance to be paid in addition.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
This depends on the item's collection. In the case of classic collections, it is usually possible to order missing items.
