Important information
- A saddle submitted for adjustment should be previously cleaned and, in the case of delivery by mail, also properly secured.
- Damaged saddles will not be accepted for correction. The order will be rejected, and the saddle will be returned at the Customer's expense. The Contractor, Equirria sp. z o. o., reserves the right to withdraw from the order for technical reasons.
- The “change of gullet gauge” service applies only to saddles manufactured by Prestige Italia spa or Appalozza.
- Equirria sp. z o. o. reserves the right to refuse to execute the order if the saddle numbers are illegible.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Client will be informed of this fact no later than 48 hours after the delivery of the saddle to the branch of Equirria sp. z o. o. in Ruda Śląska.
- The saddle trees of Prestige Italia saddles are designed to allow for multiple changes in the gullet spacing.
- By changing the fork spacing at an authorized service center, you will not lose the lifetime warranty on the fork (the warranty does not cover accidents)
