Very disappointing experience with Equishop.

I placed an expensive international order that became stuck with UPS due to an issue requiring action from the sender. UPS confirmed multiple times that the return process could not move forward without authorization from the shipper.

Despite many emails and weeks of waiting, communication has been extremely poor and the issue remains unresolved. The package was never received, the return process became delayed for a very long time, and I still have no refund.

I understand shipping problems can happen, but the lack of clear communication and action regarding such an expensive order has been very frustrating.

I hope this situation is finally resolved soon.
