The Rubino MD AS-X saddle in LUX leather with latex filling is based on the latest innovative AS-X tree, which is a combination of two technologies: the "Adaptive System", which absorbs shocks and allows the tree to adapt to the horse's movements, and the X technology, which, thanks to the used membranes, is responsible for shock absorption, additionally giving the rider the feeling of a deeper seat.

The saddle's design allows for a comfortable, deep seat and complete freedom of movement for the horse without causing the rider to feel out of balance. The front of the saddle is designed to enhance the feeling of close contact, while the rear section features membranes that provide a sense of stability.

The saddle's flexibility allows the horse to fully develop its jumping abilities – improved hindquarters movement during take-off and a softer landing with a faster return to balance have been observed. The LUX leather version features double, smooth premium leather that combines the properties of calfskin with the durability of cowhide. The flap thickness under the thigh has been reduced, improving communication with the horse by providing a better feel for the rider's seat. The blocks at the front of the saddle are not sewn together, making the saddle more flexible and not impeding the movement of the shoulder blades.

The Rubino MD AS-X, with its semi-deep seat, allows for a central and comfortable seat. The panels are filled with non-deforming latex that will maintain its properties, making it recommended for riders with multiple horses.
