Returns and exchanges
We understand that not everything always runs perfectly.
In this section you will find information to help you if you need to return or have a problem with a product you have purchased.
At Equishop you have 30 days to return the goods (from the date of receipt).
All customers who wish to return or exchange goods are asked to download, complete, print and attach the appropriate form (downloadable below).
If you return goods based on withdrawal from a distance contract, you will receive a refund using the same method of payment you used, unless you expressly consent to a refund by another method. The refund covers the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs incurred (with the refund being equal to the cheapest shipping option). The cost of shipping the returned goods is the customer's responsibility. Equishop only covers this cost in the event of its own error or a valid complaint. PLEASE NOTE: Withdrawal from the contract involves the return of the entire order . Partial refunds only cover the cost of the returned product!
Please note that the return deadline is 30 days from the date the customer receives the order. If the return is made after 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the shipment, the refund will be made only to the gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address provided in the order.
