1. 30 days for product exchange or return.

In times where the world moves faster and faster each day, we often lack time to try something on or check the products we ordered on-line. In Equishop, the statutory 14 days for product exchange or return (or, to be more precise, termination of an off-premises contract) is extended to 30 days. Thus, you have 1 calendar month to inform us about your decision by the means of your choosing (through an e-mail, a phone call, or a letter), and then immediate delivery of the return. If you live outside the European Union, we can settle whether you want to organize the return, or use our service of retrieving a package (which is more comfortable due to customs clearance) after advance payment for the return (shipping payment +15%).

2. Shipping within 24 hours from placing an order

If all the products you ordered were marked with the information of 24-hours shipping, you are guaranteed that within a day from your order placement, it will be sent to you. It applies to cash on delivery orders, orders payed with BitCoin through the BitPay platform, payed in advance with a credit card, or a quick transfer through Przelewy24 or PayPal platforms. When it comes to order payed with a traditional transfer, the time of order delivery might be longer due to booking the payment.
 
Some products are stored in company’s outside magazines, due to which some products might be marked with the information that they will be available within 7, 10, or 14 workdays. In the case where one of the products in your cart has a longer shipment time, the delivery of your whole order might take longer.


3. Size charts

Most products in our shop, especially pieces of clothing, have individual size charts. It means that after a product is delivered to our main warehouse, it is measured by our employees, and the given sizes are not general charts provided by the producers, but dedicated charts for particular products. It minimizes the risk of ordering a wrong size.

4. SSL encryption

The site www.equishop.com is protected with SSL certificate with a 256-bit key. It means that all the information exchanged between out server and your computer is encrypted from third party access. It is especially important when it comes to money transfer and exchange of sensitive personal data.
