Our qualified saddle specialist will help you arrange the details, present a service quote, and answer any questions you may have. When ordering a gullet adjustment service through our website, please deliver or ship your saddle to our equestrian shop in Katowice. The cost of adjusting the gullet adjustment on a Prestige Italia saddle is PLN 449. Additionally, the shipping fee of PLN 50 per saddle is deducted from the customer's deposit.
Conditions for changing the gullet gauge at the Prestige Italia Equishop service
If you decide to use our gullet adjustment service, the saddle must be cleaned, the stirrup leathers and stirrups removed, and the girth unfastened. The saddle must also be properly secured before shipping. Damaged saddles or those with illegible saddle numbers are not eligible for adjustment , and their return to the owner will be at the expense of the person requesting the service.
