Registered with the District Court in Katowice, Commercial Division under KRS number 0000157387, share capital PLN 250 000 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller). The Company is the controller of the personal data of Users of the online store within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 216/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR). Consent to receiving messages may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter we send or by sending an appropriate instruction to the e-mail address db@equishop.com. The Equishop newsletter database is stored on the server of the service provider used for mass e-mailing, Freshmail Sp. z o.o., Al. 29 Listopada 155 c, 31-406 Kraków, and the data is used solely for the purpose of providing the service. Transfer of personal data collected by the controller to the aforementioned company takes place on the basis of a personal data transfer agreement signed by both parties, e.g., by subscribing to the Equishop SMS database. When sending promotional SMS messages to customers from the SMS database, we use the following user data: - telephone number, - first name, - last name, - email address, - home address. The first name, last name, email address, and home address are provided voluntarily by the user when subscribing to the SMS database. Signing up for the SMS database is entirely voluntary, and the consent may be expressed: - using the subpage https://www.equishop.com/pl/newsletter , - on a specially prepared application form, which can be completed when shopping at the Equishop stationary store located at Aleja Korfantego 105. Equirria Sp. z o. o. may share personal data for the purposes of executing the purchase and sale agreement with the following entities:

- UPS Polska Sp. zoo . with its registered office at ul. Prądzyńskiego 1/3, 01-222 Warsaw, for the purpose of contract performance, if the Customer selects the "UPS" delivery option for the ordered goods. The following data are transferred: first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number, and e-mail address. The data are processed to the extent necessary to provide the parcel delivery service to the selected address . - InPost SA , ul. Wielicka 28, BUSINESS PARK Building B, 30-552 Kraków, for the purpose of contract performance, if the Customer selects the "InPost Paczkomaty" delivery option for the ordered goods. The following data are transferred: first name, last name, telephone number, and e-mail address. The data are processed to the extent necessary to provide the parcel delivery service to the selected address . - Poczta Polska SA , ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 8, 00-940 Warsaw, for the purpose of contract performance, if the Customer selects the "Polish Post" delivery option for the ordered goods. The following data is transferred: first name, last name, telephone number, and email address. The data is processed to the extent necessary to deliver the parcel to the selected address. - DialCom24 Sp. z o. o. , ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, for the purpose of contract performance if the Customer chooses the "Przelewy24" option as the payment method for the ordered goods. The following data is transferred: first name, last name, billing address, telephone number, and email address. The data is processed to the extent necessary to deliver the parcel to the selected address . - PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, SCA with its registered office at L-1150, Luxembourg, for the purpose of contract performance if the Customer chooses the "PayPal" option as the payment method for the ordered goods or chooses to pay by credit card directly in our store www.equishop.com. The following data is transferred: first name, last name, billing address, telephone number, and email address. Data is processed to the extent necessary to provide the parcel delivery service to the selected address.

If you do not consent to your data being shared with delivery companies, please select personal pickup as your delivery method. If you do not consent to your data being shared with payment intermediaries, please select bank transfer as your delivery method.

Please be advised that your data may also be transferred to GLC Accounting Sp. z o.o. , ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice, Poland, under a personal data processing agreement. GLC Accounting Sp. z o.o. provides accounting and bookkeeping services to Equirria Sp. z o.o. The scope of data processed by GLC includes: first and last name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone numbers, Tax Identification Number (NIP), National Business Registry Number (REGON), National Court Register number, and bank account number.

4. Google Analytics

The website www.equishop.com uses Google Analytics, a tool for analyzing statistics and user traffic, provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This tool allows for the analysis of how users use the website based on cookies stored on the user's end device. Please be advised that the data sent to Google is IP anonymized, which means that when the administrator analyzes the statistics of the website www.equishop.com, it is not possible to link user behavior data to their personal data. 8. Grouping/profiling customers according to the amount of order expenditure incurred so far

The Data Controller periodically analyzes individual customer spending statistics on the online store website www.equishop.com and, based on these levels, may decide to assign the customer to a discount group, which includes discounts on Equishop products at a pre-determined level saved in the account. The customer is notified via a special email about the possibility of being assigned to a discount group, along with the amount of the discount granted. The customer must consent to being assigned to the proposed discount group.
