The history of AS-X Prestige Italia technology
The origins of AS-X saddle trees are closely linked to the desire to create a model characterized by flexibility and adaptability, allowing the horse to move freely while maintaining stability and comfort for the rider. The brainchild of this unique project is Andrea Rasia, CEO of the Prestige Italia brand. After deciding to begin work on a new technology that would revolutionize the equestrian market, numerous studies and tests were conducted, and the first prototypes of AS-X saddle trees were created.
The philosophy of the Italian brand Prestige Italia is based on a complete commitment to innovative technological solutions, which can be experienced with every saddle from this manufacturer. Compared to previous saddle tree versions, AS-X Technology, thanks to the use of synthetic fibers, is more flexible and follows the horse's movement. The innovative tree with injected membranes and a deep seat provide greater stability and a comfortable seat while riding.
The design of the Brillante AS-X double-flap saddle was also created with maximum flexibility in mind, allowing the horse to fully develop its athletic abilities. Adaptive knee block attachment allows the underflaps to actively flex and the saddle panels to adapt to the movement of the horse's shoulder blades. The reduced thickness of the flaps guarantees precise communication between rider and horse. Furthermore, the Brillante AS-X saddle has been tested by an independent research center. The Brillante AS-X dressage saddle is also available in a single-flap version, which further enhances the feeling of close contact with the horse . The K model features specially contoured, high-positioned knee blocks that stabilize the rider. The Brillante saddle with small knee blocks increases freedom of knee movement, while the model equipped with large blocks provides maximum support for the rider while riding.

Rubino MD AS-X jumping saddle
For show jumping riders, Prestige Italia has created a unique jumping saddle – the Rubino Medium Deep AS-X . Its state-of-the-art saddle tree, which follows the horse's movement, allows for the full utilization of training potential, guarantees the highest level of comfort for the rider, and allows the horse to move freely while riding. The innovative design of the Rubino saddle adapts to the dynamics and anatomy of the horse, while ensuring stability and comfort for the rider. This model also features adaptively attached knee blocks, which allow the underbone to flex and the saddle panels to adjust to the movement of the horse's shoulder blades.
The Rubino MD jumping saddle features a medium-deep seat that supports a correct seat and places the rider in a central position in the saddle. Furthermore, Prestige Italia has paid particular attention to a fundamental aspect of the Rubino saddle's performance: ensuring a feeling of close contact. The flap thickness has been specifically reduced to improve communication between horse and rider.

Testing Prestige Italia saddles
Our equestrian shop offers seven-day trial periods for selected saddles. To use this service, you must pay a refundable deposit of 100% of the value of a used saddle and 50% for new saddle models . Once your payment is received, the saddle will be shipped to the specified pickup address. If you decide to purchase the saddle, we will issue a receipt or invoice based on the deposit. If you decide not to purchase the tested saddle, the deposit will be refunded after deducting the shipping costs of 50 PLN per saddle, as specified in a separate sales document.
