Our specialist saddle tree width adjustment service is available exclusively for Prestige Italia and Appaloosa saddles. It is carried out by Equirria sp. z o.o., an authorised Prestige Italia service centre in Poland. Prestige Italia's patented tree construction allows the width at the front of the saddle to be adjusted repeatedly, helping you accommodate changes in your horse's shape without replacing the saddle.

Who is this service for?
For owners of Prestige Italia and Appaloosa saddles whose current fit no longer suits their horse's shape. Changes in muscle, age, training intensity or discipline commonly call for reassessment. - Drop-off and collection in person: bring and collect the saddle yourself.
- One-way courier (return delivery by Equishop): arrange delivery to us yourself; we organise its return after adjustment.
- Courier transport both ways: we arrange collection and return delivery.

Important information before sending your saddle
- Your saddle must be clean and, for courier transport, securely packed.
- Damaged saddles will not be accepted for adjustment. The order will be declined and the saddle returned at the customer's expense. Equirria sp. z o.o. reserves the right to decline work for technical reasons.
- This service is only for saddles manufactured by Prestige Italia spa or Appaloosa.
- Equirria sp. z o.o. may decline the work if the saddle's identifying numbers are illegible.
- If the work cannot be carried out, we will inform you promptly after the saddle arrives at Equirria sp. z o.o. in Ruda Śląska.
- Prestige Italia saddle trees are designed for repeated width adjustment.
- Adjustment by an authorised service centre preserves the lifetime tree warranty; accident damage is excluded from that warranty.
