This Equishop service replaces a damaged or missing saddle button, also referred to as a pin, with a new genuine Prestige part. These metal fittings appear as round caps on the outside of the saddle flap. A button may become loose, fall out during riding or cleaning, or become damaged. We do not recommend riding with a missing button. Replacement takes place at Equishop Service Centre, ul. Oświęcimska 9, Ruda Śląska, Poland. The price includes one button and fitting.

Safety and care
We do not recommend riding with a missing or damaged button. It is a permanent component specified by the manufacturer, and its absence may allow further damage around the mounting point. After replacement, check regularly that the buttons remain secure, especially after cleaning and oiling. Avoid unsuitable tools that may scratch the cap or leather.
How does button replacement work?

- We check the saddle model and select the correct button.
- We remove any damaged fitting still present, fit the new button and inspect the others.
- Your saddle is ready for collection within 48 hours of arrival.

Does the price include the button and fitting?
Yes. The unit price includes one button fitted to the saddle. If two need replacing, select 2 in the number-of-buttons option.
Do you replace buttons on other saddle brands?
This service is for Prestige Italia and Renaissance saddles. For other brands, contact us so we can assess whether we can help.

Can I ride with a missing button?
We do not recommend it. Its absence may cause further damage around the mounting point. Replacement restores the saddle to a complete condition.
How can I tell whether a button needs replacing?
The round cap is missing, cracked or visibly damaged, or it is loose and cannot be tightened. Send us a photo if you are unsure.
Will you check the remaining buttons?
Yes. We inspect all the buttons. If another needs replacing, we will let you know before carrying out additional work.
