Yes, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the package to return the ordered goods via equishop.com. In order to make a return you have to fill and attach the RETURN DECLARATION

How many days do i have to return or exchange ordered goods?

You have 30 days from date of receiving the ordered goods to exchange or return them. In order to return any shipment you have to fill and attach the appropriate FORM.

How to make a complaint?

How many days has Equishop got to deal with complaints?

All complaints are examined within 14 days from the date of receiving a package with the returned product by the shop.

Does Equishop cover the shipping cost when I return their products?

Cost of the return package is covered by the buyer. The shop will return the money for the purchased product along with shipment cost to the customer, but only when customer returns all products from the order. If the return is partial, the shipping costs will not be refunded!

Does Equishop cover the shipping cost when I make a complaint?

In the case of a positive appraisal of the complaint, the shipment cost will be returned to the customer.

No, it isn't possible to pick up internet order in Warsaw (Pruszkow)

 

How long does it take to execute an order?

Orders of all available products are send within 24 hours after the shop accepts your payment.

Can I order an unavailable product?

Is Equishop only an e-shop?

No, Equishop is not only an e-shop. First of all, Equishop is the largest equestrian shop in Poland with two sale points in the country. It has its headquarters in Katowice, where on the area of 500m3 there are the highest-quality equestrian accessories. For the customers’ comfort we created another branch in Warsaw (Pruszków).

Does Equishop have a saddle fitting service?

Equishop offers the service of fitting saddles. This service is whether limited to change of the cantle or pommel spacing or fitting the saddle wholly to your horse’s back’s anatomical shape. This service is additionally payable.

The saddle fitting service is not addressed only for customers who purchase saddles in our shop. Customers who want to adjust their current saddle can also use this service.

This service is addressed to all owners of the Prestige Italy saddles.

How do we realize the saddle fitting service?

The service of saddle fitting is conducted by a professional saddle fitter. An expert will take the measurements and on their basis he or she will fit a saddle due to which you will receive a tailor-made product. Professional saddle fitter measure horse and rider. Based on this results of measure he fit saddle to you and your horse. Product of this service is perfect fitting saddle.
