How will I be informed that my complaint has been approved?

An Equishop store employee will contact you within 14 days with a decision regarding your complaint.

Can I file a complaint about defective products directly at the store?

Yes, you can. Please bring the faulty product with the filled-in complaint form to the store located in Katowice:

When can I expect my refund for returned products?

The return policy time limit is 14 days, however we always do our best to process your return as soon as possible.

Is it possible to combine my two orders in one delivery?

It is not possible to combine two separate orders as one delivery.

How to create an account in Equishop?

To register for an account on equishop.com, click the "Create an account" link in the upper left corner of the page. Then, enter the email address you would like to use to register. Finally, click the "Create an account" button.

In the next step, you will be asked to enter your First Name, Last Name, and set a password for your account. At the bottom you will have the possibility to subscribe to Equishop newsletter and confirm your wish to receive promotional offers from Equishop partners. After pressing the "Create an account" button you will be transferred to the administration panel of your account. In order to add an address, press "Add my first address". A message confirming the registration will be sent to your e-mail address.

You will be asked to enter the information necessary for processing your order and shipping. Remember to provide at least one phone number.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, you can add it using the "My Addresses" button and then the "Add New Address" option.

You can also register during checkout. When your shopping cart is ready and you proceed to checkout you will be automatically redirected to the sign in page. In this step you can also shop without creating an account.

How to buy a gift card?

After going to the page, you will see the order form where you can decide on the method of ordering the card (step 1). You can print the card yourself or have it sent directly to the recipient's e-mail address on a specified date.

In the next step, select the gift card template and confirm the selection with the "Continue" button.

In the final step, "Gift Card Information," specify the value of the card and fill in yours and the recipient's first and last name. You can also enter up to 200 characters of text that will then be printed on the gift card. Once you press the "Add to cart" button, you will be able to proceed to checkout or add other products to the cart.

I am having trouble finding the right size of a product.

Please use the available size charts to find the right size for the product. Most products have size charts displayed on the product page.

However, if there is no size information on the product page, please contact us, we will gladly help you find the right size.

What does a saddle fitting service look like?

The saddle fitting service is provided by a highly qualified saddle fitter. The professional takes all necessary measurements and, based on these, adjusts the saddle so that you receive a custom-made product.

Can I get a fitting service for a used saddle?

Saddle fitting service is not limited to those who buy a saddle from us. The saddle fitting service is also available to customers who want to adjust their current saddle.

This service is addressed to all Prestige Italy saddle owners.

Does Equishop offer saddle fitting services?

Equishop offers a saddle fitting service. The service may include only a change of shoulder width or a complete adjustment of the saddle to the anatomical structure of your horse's back.

What products for young riders does Equishop offer?

We offer all riding equipment for the youngest riders. We have breeches, sweatshirts, jackets, hats and saddles designed for younger riding enthusiasts.

What products for the rider does Equishop offer?

The product range of the store includes all the necessary equipment for horseback riders, such as helmets, jackets, sweatshirts, gloves, breeches, boots, jodhpurs and other pieces of equestrian clothing.

What products for horses does Equishop offer?

We have all necessary riding equipment for a horse. Our offer includes horse riding accessories such as saddles, reins, halters, saddle pads, saddles, saddle girths, stirrups, stirrup leathers, rugs, boots, feed and grooming products.

Is Equishop an online store only?

Equishop is not only an online horse riding shop. Equishop is in fact the biggest equestrian store in Poland.

The store is located in Katowice at Aleja Korfantego 105 and occupies the area of over 500m^2 with the highest quality horse riding products.

Can I order an out-of-stock product?

This depends on the product. Usually with classic collections it is possible to order the requested goods.

However, please contact the store in advance via e-mail: contact@equishop.com, by phone or Messenger.

How long does it take to process an order placed in the online store?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment provided all items in the order are in stock.

In order to check the availability of the product, please select the size / color on the product card. Next to the "add to cart" button you will see the information about the estimated time of shipment from our warehouse. You can also see the delivery time for each product in the order summary.

If your order includes a product with an extended waiting time, we will ship the whole order when the item arrives at the store. Unless you choose to have the available goods shipped separately. In that case, you will be charged extra for shipping the remaining item.

Change the currency to the desired one in the drop-down currency menu available in the upper right corner of the page.

Why is the Equishop website in Polish or German?

Change the website language to ENGLISH in the language and currency drop-down menu at the top right of the page.

Does Equishop cover shipping costs on complaints?

If the complaint is accepted, the shipping costs are returned to the Customer.

Does Equishop cover shipping costs on returns?

You have the right to return the goods or withdraw from the agreement.

In case of return, the shipping costs are not refunded.

Shipping costs are refunded to the Customer in case of withdrawal from the agreement. The withdrawal is possible only when the whole order is cancelled.

How long will it take for my complaint to be processed?

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the time we receive your package.

In order to facilitate and speed up the procedure please fill out and attach the COMPLAINT DECLARATION to the package.

How can I make a complaint regarding the purchased products?

The products you would like to complain about along with a filled-in COMPLAINT DECLARATION should be sent back to the store's address:

  • contact details
  • a copy of the invoice or cash bill
  • detailed description of the defect

Please send the package with all the goods you wish to complain about to the address below, together with the receipt (which will substantially facilitate the procedure):

Can I exchange the products?

It is not possible to exchange the product for another one. If you would like an exchange, you must return the unsatisfactory product within 30 days of receiving the shipment and place a new order instead.

Can I return the products?

How are refunds processed?

The amount due will be refunded using the same payment method selected when making the purchase.

For orders that were paid on delivery (cash on delivery), please fill in the "bank account number" box on the return form. The amount due will be transferred to your bank account.

Refund will be made within a maximum of 14 business days after the store has received your package.
